Motley Makes Quads
On the first hand of Day 2, short stack Doug Motley (Danville, VA) moves all in for 71k. Ara Melikian (Scarsdale, NY) is also all in for 246k and Scott Gallant (Ambler, PA) joins the party and has both players covered.

The flop brings an ace, but the table erupts when the turn and river are both 7s and Motley stays alive with quad 7s. Gallant wins the side pot, while Melikian is heading to the cashier to collect $828.
"I'm having fun," says the Virginia car man, "it's an absolute blast." And he's not just saying that because he tripled-up.
Motley says he's got an "awesome" wife who lets him come to Borgata a couple of times of year. He figures the getaway is best for both of them after 4 children, one grandchild and thirty years of marriage.
