Event 14: 2nd Place - Interdonato

$350 + $50 + $100 Black Chip Bounty NLH

Andrew Interdonato (Washington, DC)
$14,060

This was a heads-up match worthy of television with action flops, miracle rivers, and giant swings. It ended just before 5:00 AM.

Once Andrew was down to 600,000 he was waiting for an opportunity and found it in J-6 of diamonds on a diamond heavy flop.

All the chips were sent in the middle as Joseph's 4-3 hit bottom pair.

Flop: 6-10-3.

Joseph hit another three on the turn causing Andrew to beg to the poker God's once again yelling out "Diamond, diamond".

Unfortunately Andrew already used his "one time" on the last river card he called for and received with his tournament on the line.

River A (non-diamond) spelled victory for Joseph and 2nd Place for Andrew.

Andrew gives sincere thanks to his wife Carmela, sons Guy & Drew, and his dog Gio.

Look for Interdonato to play in some more tournaments during the Fall Poker Open, maybe even the 12:00 Event in seven hours. He also pocketed 12 bounties which was the most overall in the tournament.

Andrew Interdonato finished in 2nd Place earning $14,060.
