Arkadiy Tsinis (Las Vegas, NV) won his WSOP bracelet this summer in a $1,500 No Limit Hold'em event, cashing for over $540,000.
Victor Ramdin (Las Vegas, NV) won his WPT title in 2006 at the $10k Foxwoods World Poker Finals, along with over $1.3 million.
Since they are two seats apart, that means Arkadiy's button will be Victor's big blind. I don't think he'll be doing much stealing.
